Employment Opportunities

Part Time / Bivocational

Directly responsible
- Accountable to Pastor and Personnel Committee
Meets regularly with Youth Committee and Pastor to coordinate youth ministry program
Coordinates Sunday School and Wednesday Bible studies, leadership training, bible studies, discipleship, evangelism, counseling, church camps and retreats
Provides guidance as a resource person for selection of youth curriculum materials, leadership training and annual youth activities budgeting
Oversees youth activities to ensure opportunities for attendees to surrender their life to Christ is offered at every event.
Keeps up-to-date in youth ministry trends through reading, seminars, conferences and contact with other churches.
Prepare and preach messages on Sunday mornings when the lead Pastor is unavailable

Has a deep love for
- Christ, as evidenced by his walk
- Youth, and led by the Holy Spirit to work with this age group
Theologically in agreement with the Church’s statement of faith
Has a vision to disciple and train young people for leadership responsibility and servanthood in the body of Christ
Personable and approachable personality
